Job Description
- Cải thiện hiệu suất sản xuất, phân tích thời gian và hoạch định năng lực sản xuất.
- Thực hiện cân bằng chuyền (Line Balance) và tối ưu hóa quy trình sản xuất.
- Quy hoạch và tối ưu hóa layout nhà xưởng, dây chuyền sản xuất.
- Thúc đẩy các hoạt động cải tiến liên tục như Lean, ECRS, 5S, Kaizen.
- Xây dựng và duy trì các tài liệu hướng dẫn công việc tiêu chuẩn (SOP).
- Phân tích dữ liệu sản xuất, đề xuất giải pháp cải tiến nhằm giảm chi phí và nâng cao hiệu quả.
Requirement
- Giới tính: Nam, Tuổi: Dưới 40 tuổi
- Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng trở lên
- Có từ 4 năm kinh nghiệm vị trí kỹ sư IE trong ngành cơ khí hoặc điện tử, hiểu biết về Lean & Kaizen, Phương pháp ECRS
- Biết thiết kế và sử dụng các phần mềm thiết kế như: AutoCad, 2D,3D, Creo...
- Tiếng Trung thành thạo
