Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là công ty có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài, hiện đang tuyển vị trí Kỹ Sư IE (Điện tử, Tiếng Trung, 1000 USD, ID 20076):
- Quản lý tài liệu quy trình: Chịu trách nhiệm xây dựng và thiết lập các tài liệu quy trình sản xuất bao gồm: Quy trình vận hành tiêu chuẩn (SOP), tính toán cân bằng dây chuyền (Line balancing) và thiết lập sơ đồ bố trí sản xuất.
- Tối ưu hóa Layout: Thiết kế và bố trí dây chuyền sản xuất trong xưởng; thực hiện tối ưu hóa bố cục để cải thiện dòng chảy vật chất (logistics), giảm cường độ lao động và nâng cao hiệu suất tổng thể.
- Quản lý thời gian tiêu chuẩn: Thiết lập, duy trì và cập nhật hệ thống giờ làm việc tiêu chuẩn (Standard Time) cho các công đoạn sản xuất.
- Cải tiến hiệu suất: Liên tục nghiên cứu cải thiện tính khả thi của quy trình; thực hiện phân bổ hợp lý các trạm sản xuất/công đoạn để đáp ứng tối đa yêu cầu về hiệu quả và tiến độ.
- Thúc đẩy sản xuất tinh gọn: Chủ trì triển khai sản xuất tinh gọn (Lean Manufacturing), kiểm soát chi phí sản xuất và quản lý các dự án cải tiến tại hiện trường (Kaizen).
- Triển khai sản phẩm mới (NPI): Theo dõi sát sao quá trình sản xuất thử nghiệm sản phẩm mới; biên soạn hướng dẫn vận hành và trực tiếp đào tạo, hướng dẫn thao tác cho công nhân trên dây chuyền.
Requirement
- Nam/Nữ, dưới 45 tuổi
- Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng trở lên chuyên ngành Kỹ thuật công nghiệp, Cơ điện tử hoặc các ngành kỹ thuật liên quan.
- Tối thiểu 03 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc tại vị trí tương đương trong các nhà máy sản xuất điện tử. Ưu tiên ứng viên từng làm việc tại các doanh nghiệp FDI Trung Quốc
- Tiếng Trung thành thạo, có khả năng làm việc trực tiếp với quản lý người nước ngoài.
