Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là công ty có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài, hiện đang tuyển vị trí Kỹ Sư Hỗ Trợ Kỹ Thuật (Dynamics 365, Tiếng Nhật. ID21216, 1200USD):
- Cung cấp hỗ trợ kỹ thuật cho khách hàng sử dụng hệ thống (liên quan đến Dynamics 365).
- Giao tiếp và hỗ trợ khách hàng bằng tiếng Nhật thông qua: Email, Điện thoại, Online meetings
- Phân tích, xử lý và giải quyết các vấn đề kỹ thuật của khách hàng.
- Phối hợp với các bộ phận nội bộ và team quốc tế khi cần thiết.
Requirement
- Nam/Nữ, dưới 38 tuổi
- Có tối thiểu 1 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương
- Tiếng Nhật thành thạo 4 kỹ năng (tương đương N1/N2 hoặc từng du học Nhật Bản).
- Có kinh nghiệm với các hệ thống ERP/CRM như Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle.
- Có kiến thức cơ bản về: networking, server operations
