Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là một công ty là một công ty sản xuất có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài, hiện đang tuyển Kỹ Sư Dự Án Cơ Khí (Tiếng Trung, $900, ID 19808):
- Chịu trách nhiệm phân tích quy trình công nghệ, tính toán và lập báo giá, chuyển đổi bản vẽ kỹ thuật sang sản xuất, xây dựng BOM và thiết lập quy trình gia công phù hợp.
- Thẩm định tính khả thi về kỹ thuật, lựa chọn vật liệu và thiết bị; làm việc trực tiếp với khách hàng để trao đổi và thống nhất các vấn đề kỹ thuật.
- Kiểm soát và cập nhật các thay đổi kỹ thuật (ECN), theo dõi quá trình phát triển mẫu, đồng thời xử lý các lỗi kỹ thuật hoặc NCR phát sinh trong quá trình sản xuất.
- Nghiên cứu, đề xuất các giải pháp cải tiến công nghệ, thực hiện đo lường thời gian tiêu chuẩn và đảm nhiệm các nhiệm vụ khác theo phân công.
Requirement
- Giới tính: Nam, dưới 38 tuổi.
- Tốt nghiệp đại học chuyên ngành Cơ khí hoặc lĩnh vực liên quan.
- Tối thiểu 5 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí kỹ sư công trình trong lĩnh vực gia công cơ khí (CNC, laser, uốn, hàn…).
- Thành thạo tiếng Trung
- Sử dụng tốt AutoCAD, SolidWorks và các phần mềm văn phòng.
- Nắm vững quy trình APQP, PPAP và 5 công cụ cốt lõi của ngành công nghiệp ô tô.
- Có kinh nghiệm xây dựng hướng dẫn công việc (WI) và tiêu chuẩn đóng gói.
- Hiểu rõ quy trình sản xuất, vật liệu, tiêu chuẩn kỹ thuật và yêu cầu an toàn trong ngành ô tô.
