KSB Singapore (Asia Pacific) Pte. Ltd. was established on 22 September 1988 as a wholly owned subsidiary of the KSB Aktiengesellschaft, Germany, for the distribution and sales of KSB manufactured centrifugal pumps and valves in the Asia Pacific region. The operation started to expand in business and manpower from 1990 and along with the establishing the KSB Asia Pacific central warehouse, our business operations expanded with local added pump assembling and valve packaging as well as the pumps and valves repair service business.
KSB Singapore is presently a Group of Companies which comprises of KSB Singapore (Asia Pacific) Pte. Ltd, KSB Malaysia Pumps & Valves Sdn Bhd, KSB Vietnam Co., Ltd. and one Representative Office in Manila, the Philippines. All these companies are wholly owned and fully supported by KSB Singapore (Asia Pacific) Pte Ltd.
We have established our representative office in Vietnam since 1999 to present KSB Singapore in Vietnam market. Our major activities in this representative office are to conduct marketing research, information collections and through sale promotion related activities to assisting KSB Singapore develop the sales business. To select business partner, organize product presentation and assist for Order negotiation and Order executions between KSB Singapore and Customers in compliance with the laws of Vietnam between KSB Singapore and its Vietnamese partners.
With the business expansion and market demanding, KSB will improve the local sales activities through the newly registered company KSB Vietnam Co., Ltd. by providing enlarged products assembling and package solutions and more professional services to serve our local customer with German high-technology products with reasonable local level cost. We therefore are looking for the talent from market to join our KSB family in Vietnam which is now just started.
