Job Description

Our client is a state-invested company, currently looking for an Architect (ID19404, $800).
  • Conduct site surveys, analyze existing conditions, and propose design, renovation, or new construction solutions.
  • Research architectural trends and propose concepts and directions for new project development.
  • Prepare, review, and adjust technical design documents and construction drawings, ensuring accuracy and feasibility.
  • Supervise construction, control quality, safety, and compliance with technical standards and regulations.
  • Prepare and handle legal documents, construction permits, contracts, and related administrative procedures.
  • Work directly with clients and partners to ensure that design solutions meet project requirements and objectives.
  • Propose creative and cost-effective design solutions that enhance functionality and aesthetic value.
  • Analyze and resolve technical issues arising during construction to ensure quality and progress.
  • Organize, assign, and monitor tasks, coordinate with other departments to ensure effective project implementation.
  • Perform other professional tasks as assigned by management.

 

Requirement

  • Gender: Male, Age: Under 30 years old
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture from a foreign university.
  • Open to fresh graduates, preferably with 1 year of experience in residential/villa projects and knowledge of both international and Vietnamese standards.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, AutoCAD, and SketchUp; experience with Revit, Lumion, Rhino, Grasshopper, or other modern 3D modeling tools is an advantage.
  • English proficiency equivalent to IELTS 6.5 or higher.
