Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là một công ty có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài, hiện đang tuyển Kiến Trúc Sư Nội Thất (Văn Phòng, 900 USD, ID14072)
- Khảo sát hiện trạng/Thể hiện mặt bằng sơ bộ/Tìm kiếm nguồn thông tin tham khảo để thể hiện bản định hướng phong cách thiết kế.
- Chịu trách nhiệm vẽ phối cảnh 3D, chỉnh sửa ảnh.
- Triển khai bản vẽ kỹ thuật thi công.
- Triển khai báo giá (khi cần thiết) và làm việc với khách hàng.
- Giám sát trong quá trình tiến hành thi công
- Phối hợp với các bộ phận khác để hỗ trợ thông tin trong quá trình thi công
Requirement
- Nam/Nữ. Độ tuổi: 25 - 35 tuổi.
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành kiến trúc, nội thất.
- Có ít nhất 3 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực thiết kế thi công văn phòng.
- Kĩ năng sử dụng phần mềm: Auto Cad, Photoshop, 3DS Max + Vray/Corona
- Tiếng Anh giao tiếp cơ bản/đọc hiểu tài liệu.
