Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là một công ty Việt Nam, hiện đang tuyển Kiến Trúc Sư ($600, ID17032):
- Triển khai bản vẽ kiến trúc cho các dự án nhà ở liền kề được công ty bàn giao.
- Thực hiện bản vẽ chi tiết và chỉ dẫn các đội thợ bao gồm nhân công xây dựng, nhân công điện nước, cơ khí, cửa, tủ bếp, cầu thang, v.v.
- Phối hợp cùng kỹ sư xây dựng để lập kế hoạch thi công cho từng dự án, đảm bảo 4 yếu tố: chất lượng, chi phí, tiến độ và thiết kế.
- Lập dự toán cho các dự án.
- Phân tích các dự án có tính chất tương đồng và triển khai công việc theo quy trình đã được công ty thiết lập.
- Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác được công ty giao liên quan đến công việc thi công.
Requirement
- Giới tính: Nam/Nữ, Tuổi: dưới 32 tuổi
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học các chuyên ngành có liên quan
- Có 01 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương
- Có am hiểu về kết cấu bê tông cốt thép
- Có chuyên môn cao về Autocad & các phần mềm thiết kế có liên quan
