Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Key Account Manager (Remote, 1000$, ID16761)
- Onboard clients as their primary relationship manager, guiding marketing and program strategies for successful launches.
- Provide an exceptional client experience throughout the entire lifecycle, from implementation to expansion.
- Offer best practice guidance to clients and team members, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Analyze successful client programs and update best practices to drive results.
- Drive ROI by influencing product adoption, client satisfaction, and overall NPS scores, and monitor client KPIs.
- Foster strong relationships with client business leaders and collaborate across departments to drive renewals, upsells, and optimizations.
Requirement
- Male/Female
- Bachelor's/College Degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent working experience
- At least 3 years of client facing experience.
