Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là một công ty sản xuất có vốn Việt Nam, hiện đang tuyển Kế Toán Trưởng (Truyền Thông, $800, ID14750)
- Tổ chức, điều hành và kiểm soát toàn bộ hoạt động Kế toán – Tài chính của Công ty, đảm bảo tuân thủ quy định pháp luật và quy trình nội bộ.
- Lập, kiểm tra và rà soát chứng từ kế toán liên quan đến các nghiệp vụ thu – chi, đảm bảo tính hợp lệ, hợp pháp và chính xác theo quy định hiện hành.
- Kiểm tra, hướng dẫn và phê duyệt sổ sách kế toán, chứng từ và công tác hạch toán trong phạm vi thẩm quyền được phân công.
- Lập kế hoạch tài chính, quản lý dòng tiền, chi phí và công nợ nhằm tối ưu hiệu quả sử dụng nguồn vốn.
- Thực hiện và hướng dẫn các thủ tục ngân hàng; chuẩn bị hồ sơ tín dụng và tài liệu phục vụ hoạt động vay vốn của Công ty.
- Rà soát, kiểm tra và thực hiện kê khai thuế định kỳ; chịu trách nhiệm chuẩn bị hồ sơ, cung cấp số liệu và giải trình khi thanh tra, kiểm tra hoặc quyết toán thuế.
- Triển khai và đảm bảo thực hiện đúng các chính sách liên quan đến Thuế, Bảo hiểm và Lao động đối với người lao động và Công ty.
- Lập báo cáo tài chính, báo cáo quản trị định kỳ (tháng/quý/năm) và các báo cáo phân tích phục vụ Ban Giám đốc trong việc ra quyết định và hoạch định kế hoạch kinh doanh.
- Chủ trì công tác quản lý, theo dõi và kiểm kê tài sản, trang thiết bị của Công ty.
- Tổ chức lưu trữ và quản lý hồ sơ, chứng từ kế toán khoa học, đầy đủ và đúng quy định của Bộ Tài chính.
Requirement
- Nam/Nữ. Dưới 40 tuổi
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành kế toán tài chính, kiểm toán hoặc tương đương
- Có chứng chỉ kế toán trưởng
- Có từ 03 năm kinh nghiệm tại vị tr Kế toán trưởng lĩnh vực truyền thông, quảng cáo
- Tiếng Anh sử dụng trong đọc hiểu tài liệu văn bản
