Job Description
- Tổ chức và kiểm soát hoạt động phòng kế toán; đảm bảo quy trình tài chính – kế toán phù hợp với pháp luật và đặc thù ngành.
- Lập và trình bày báo cáo tài chính, báo cáo thuế định kỳ theo quy định và theo yêu cầu quản trị.
- Giám sát doanh thu – chi phí, đảm bảo dòng tiền vận hành hiệu quả.
- Kiểm tra, phê duyệt chứng từ kế toán, hóa đơn và các báo cáo liên quan.
- Làm việc với cơ quan thuế, ngân hàng, kiểm toán và các đơn vị chức năng.
- Phân tích tài chính, tư vấn cho Ban Giám đốc trong việc tối ưu nguồn lực.
- Quản lý và đào tạo đội ngũ kế toán; xây dựng môi trường làm việc chuyên nghiệp, chính xác.
- Thực hiện các công việc khác theo chỉ đạo của Ban Giám đốc.
Requirement
- Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng/Đại học chuyên ngành Kế toán, Tài chính – Kế toán.
- Có Chứng chỉ Kế toán trưởng hợp lệ.
- Tối thiểu 3 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương, ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực khách sạn – nhà hàng.
- Am hiểu luật thuế, tài chính, kế toán hiện hành.
- Kỹ năng lãnh đạo, phân tích và quản lý tốt; chịu được áp lực cao.
- Thành thạo phần mềm kế toán và tin học văn phòng, đặc biệt là Excel.
