Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là một công ty sản xuất có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài, hiện đang tuyển Kế Toán Trưởng (EPE, Tiếng Trung, $2300, ID19590):
- Xây dựng bộ máy kế toán từ đầu: quy trình, quy định, biểu mẫu, kiểm soát nội bộ.
- Lựa chọn và triển khai phần mềm kế toán/ERP (hiện công ty chưa sử dụng phần mềm).
- Tổ chức hạch toán, định khoản, theo dõi sổ sách kế toán của toàn công ty.
- Lập BCTC đầy đủ, chính xác và kịp thời theo quy định Việt Nam.
- Lập báo cáo tài chính nội bộ, báo cáo quản trị theo yêu cầu Ban Giám đốc & đối tác Trung Quốc.
- Phân tích số liệu, giải trình biến động và đề xuất giải pháp.
- Theo dõi chi phí vật tư, nhân công, chi phí sản xuất chung.
- Tính giá thành sản phẩm, phân tích biến động chi phí.
- Đề xuất phương án tối ưu chi phí, nâng cao hiệu quả sản xuất.
- Thực hiện khai báo thuế, quyết toán thuế năm.
- Chuẩn bị hồ sơ làm việc với cơ quan thuế, kiểm toán, hải quan (theo mô hình EPE).
- Đảm bảo tuân thủ đầy đủ các quy định về kế toán – thuế tại Việt Nam.
- Giám sát thu – chi, lập kế hoạch dòng tiền tháng/quý/năm.
- Kiểm soát ngân sách, đảm bảo dòng tiền vận hành ổn định.
- Thực hiện phân tích tài chính, đánh giá rủi ro, phân tích đầu tư.
- Hỗ trợ quá trình mở rộng nhà máy và phát triển hoạt động kinh doanh.
- Sử dụng tiếng Trung để lập báo cáo tài chính, giải trình số liệu, họp trực tuyến.
- Phối hợp với Ban Giám đốc người Trung Quốc trong vận hành tài chính.
Requirement
- Nam/Nữ, Dưới 45 tuổi
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên chuyên ngành Tài chính – Kế toán – Kiểm toán.
- Có Chứng chỉ Kế toán trưởng (bắt buộc).
- Tối thiểu 5 năm kinh nghiệm Kế toán trưởng, ưu tiên nhà máy EPE/FDI Trung Quốc.
- Có kinh nghiệm set up hệ thống kế toán nhà máy từ đầu.
- Thành thạo tiếng Trung (nghe – nói – đọc – viết).
- Thành thạo Excel và các phần mềm kế toán/ERP.
- Am hiểu thuế, luật kế toán Việt Nam, quy trình hải quan EPE.
- Có khả năng lập và phân tích báo cáo tài chính độc lập.
