Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là một công ty có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài, hiện đang tuyển vị trí Kế Toán Trưởng ($1200, ID 19928)
- Tổ chức, quản lý và điều hành toàn bộ hoạt động của Phòng Kế toán, đảm bảo vận hành hiệu quả và đúng quy định.
- Kiểm soát hệ thống sổ sách kế toán, chứng từ, hóa đơn và hợp đồng nhằm đảm bảo tuân thủ các quy định về kế toán và thuế hiện hành.
- Thực hiện và kiểm soát các nghiệp vụ liên quan đến xuất nhập khẩu và hàng gia công trong ngành may mặc.
- Lập và nhập tờ khai xuất khẩu, hóa đơn trên phần mềm kế toán MISA AMIS.
- Thực hiện tính giá thành sản xuất dựa trên bảng định mức nguyên vật liệu (BOM).
- Kiểm soát dòng tiền (Cash Flow), công nợ phải thu – phải trả và tình hình tài chính của công ty; đảm bảo các khoản thanh toán được thực hiện đúng hạn.
- Quản lý doanh thu theo mô hình CMT, chi phí hoạt động, quỹ tiền mặt và giao dịch ngân hàng.
- Lập báo cáo thuế định kỳ hàng tháng (GTGT, Thuế TNCN) và thực hiện kê khai, nộp thuế đúng thời hạn.
- Lập báo cáo tài chính, thực hiện quyết toán thuế TNCN, Thuế TNDN và báo cáo giao dịch liên kết theo quy định.
- Thực hiện thủ tục hoàn thuế khi có yêu cầu.
- Làm việc với cơ quan thuế, kiểm toán và các cơ quan chức năng liên quan khi cần thiết.
- Phát hiện, đánh giá rủi ro tài chính và kịp thời báo cáo Ban Giám đốc.
- Thực hiện các công việc khác theo phân công của Ban Giám đốc.
Requirement
- Nam/Nữ. Dưới 45 tuổi
- Tốt nghiệp đại học trở lên chuyên ngành Tài chính - Kế toán
- Có 03 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí kế toán trưởng công ty FDI sản xuất hoặc thương mại
- Có chứng chỉ Kế Toán Trưởng
- Tiếng Anh sử dụng trong đọc hiểu tài liệu văn bản
