Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là công ty Việt Nam, hiện đang tìm kiếm ứng viên cho vị trí Kế Toán Tổng Hợp (Thương Mại, $1000, ID 21638)
- Tiếp nhận, kiểm tra, hạch toán và kiểm soát các khoản chi phí của Công ty.
- Kiểm tra, phê duyệt các chứng từ và nghiệp vụ kế toán đảm bảo tính chính xác, hợp pháp, hợp lệ.
- Theo dõi việc xuất hóa đơn, kiểm tra và hạch toán hóa đơn trên phần mềm kế toán.
- Lập và kiểm tra các báo cáo, tờ khai thuế định kỳ: VAT, TNCN.
- Tổng hợp số liệu, lập Báo cáo tài chính, Quyết toán TNCN và Quyết toán TNDN cuối năm.
- Theo dõi, tổng hợp và đôn đốc công nợ phải thu, phải trả với khách hàng và nhà cung cấp.
- Lập hồ sơ, chứng từ vay vốn và làm việc với các ngân hàng như VietinBank, Vietcombank, MB Bank...
- Thực hiện tính lương và các thủ tục khai báo BHXH cho người lao động.
- Thực hiện báo giá, đơn hàng, hợp đồng và các hồ sơ liên quan đến hoạt động kinh doanh.
- Lập báo cáo kết quả kinh doanh hàng tháng và các báo cáo quản trị theo yêu cầu của Ban Giám đốc.
- Làm việc, giải trình và cung cấp hồ sơ cho cơ quan thuế khi có yêu cầu.
Requirement
- Nữ. Dưới 40 tuổi
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên, chuyên ngành Kế toán, Kiểm toán, Tài chính hoặc các chuyên ngành liên quan.
- Có từ 5 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí Kế toán Tổng hợp hoặc tương đương.
- Có kinh nghiệm thực tế và nắm vững toàn bộ nghiệp vụ kế toán trong doanh nghiệp sản xuất/kinh doanh; ưu tiên ứng viên từng làm trong lĩnh vực hóa chất.
- Mạnh về thuế và Báo cáo tài chính, có khả năng tự lập và kiểm tra báo cáo, quyết toán thuế.
- Thành thạo MISA và 3TSoft.
- Có khả năng đọc hiểu và sử dụng tiếng Anh văn bản tốt.
