Job Description
- Ghi chép sổ sách kế toán, đảm bảo tất cả các giao dịch tài chính của công ty được ghi chép đầy đủ và chính xác.
- Kiểm tra và quản lý các hóa đơn, chứng từ liên quan đến các giao dịch tài chính.
- Quản lý các khoản phải thu và phải trả, đảm bảo các khoản nợ được thanh toán đúng hạn.
- Đối chiếu các số liệu kế toán với các chứng từ gốc, kiểm tra sự khớp đúng giữa các tài khoản.
- Chuẩn bị và cung cấp tài liệu cần thiết cho quá trình kiểm toán nội bộ và bên ngoài.
- Hỗ trợ các công việc khác của phòng kế toán và các nhiệm vụ được giao.
Requirement
- Nữ, từ 25-35 tuổi.
- Tốt nghiệp cao đẳng trở lên.
- Có 3 năm kinh nghiệm trở lên đảm nhận vị trí kế toán tổng hợp trong công ty thương mại, ưu tiên kinh nghiệm trong công ty xây dựng.
- Có kinh nghiệm sử dụng phần mềm kế toán.
