Job Description
- Phát hành hóa đơn doanh thu
- Kiểm tra hóa đơn nhà cung cấp với báo giá và hạch toán chi phí;
- Đối chiếu công nợ phải trả (A/P) và phải thu (A/R) với các đại lý (bao gồm bên liên quan và bên thứ ba) và thực hiện thanh toán;
- Theo dõi P/L của các lô hàng;
- Thực hiện các công việc phát sinh khác theo phân công của team Hồng Kông.
Requirement
Kỹ năng
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Kế toán, Tài chính hoặc liên quan.
- 3–5 năm kinh nghiệm kế toán tại công ty quốc tế (ưu tiên công ty nước ngoài hoặc công ty tư vấn).
- Thành thạo nguyên tắc kế toán, Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, …).
- Cẩn thận, có kỹ năng tổ chức, làm việc nhóm tốt.
- Giao tiếp tốt, chủ động trong công việc (Tiếng Anh hoặc tiếng Trung tốt)
- Biết sử dụng phần mềm kế toán/ERP là lợi thế.
- Gửi CV ứng tuyển gồm Tiếng Anh hoặc Tiếng Trung
Giáo dục:
- Tốt nghiệp các trường Đại học liên quan tới ngành nghề: Kế toán, Kiểm toán
Kinh nghiệm:
- Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm kế toán về Logistics/Freight Forwarder
