Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là một công ty sản xuất có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài, hiện đang tuyển Kế Toán Giá Thành (Tiếng Trung, $1000, ID19634):
- Thu thập, tổng hợp và phân tích dữ liệu chi phí sản xuất: nguyên vật liệu, nhân công, chi phí sản xuất chung.
- Thực hiện tính giá thành sản phẩm theo từng kỳ.
- Phân tích chênh lệch chi phí giữa thực tế và định mức/kế hoạch, xác định nguyên nhân biến động.
- Hỗ trợ xây dựng, triển khai các chính sách và quy trình kiểm soát chi phí.
- Theo dõi, giám sát việc thực hiện chi phí trong quá trình sản xuất.
- Tham gia lập ngân sách hàng năm, ước tính chi phí và theo dõi chênh lệch giữa thực tế và ngân sách.
- Thiết lập và cập nhật chi phí tiêu chuẩn định kỳ (hàng tháng).
- Phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan để điều chỉnh định mức khi có thay đổi về quy trình, nguyên vật liệu hoặc sản lượng.
- Lập các báo cáo phân tích chi phí theo yêu cầu của cấp trên.
- Phát hiện các bất thường về chi phí và đề xuất giải pháp cải tiến, tối ưu chi phí.
- Thực hiện các công việc khác theo phân công của Finance Director/Kế toán trưởng.
Requirement
- Nam/Nữ, 25-40 Tuổi
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên chuyên ngành Kế toán, Kiểm toán, Tài chính.
- Có 1–3 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí kế toán chi phí/giá thành trong doanh nghiệp sản xuất.
- Thành thạo tính giá thành, chi phí tiêu chuẩn, phân tích chi phí và các phương pháp kiểm soát chi phí
- Tiếng Trung Thành Thạo
