Job Description
Our client is a foreign invested company, now looking for a Junior Process Engineer ($500, ID21224)
- Monitor production processes to achieve productivity targets
- Optimize production line layouts and process efficiency
- Prepare and maintain SOPs, FMEA, QA Matrix, and related documents
- Monitor production capacity and process performance
- Support new product introduction (NPI) activities
- Analyze production issues and coordinate corrective actions
- Prepare production and performance reports
- Work with Kaizen team on continuous improvement activities
- Conduct training for new employees and operators
- Handle PE documentation, data management, and operational support
- Perform other tasks assigned by management
Requirement
- Male/Female, under 30 years old
- College degree or above in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related fields
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar position within a manufacturing company
- Good English communication skills
