Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for an IT Technician (Manufacturing, ID16686):
- Monitor, maintain, configure, and replace network equipment.
- Set up and manage the VOIP phone system.
- Support Head Office and remote users, assist with maintenance and upgrades, train new staff, and provide technical guidance.
- Diagnose and replace defective hardware, maintain printers, peripherals, office equipment, data center equipment, and CCTV system.
- Manage backup tapes and off-site storage.
- Order and manage consumable supplies and process monthly payments to vendors.
- Troubleshoot business processes, work with AS400 ERP and Microsoft products, develop and deploy new applications, and manage licenses.
Requirement
- Male/ Female, under 50 years old
- Degree in IT-related field; MSCE, CCNA preferred but not mandatory.
- Having 3-5 years in IT support or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge about Networking basics, Microsoft Office, Windows2000 AD, Microsoft Exchange, SQL, security practices, and IT service management.
- Proficiency in English for using at work
