Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for an IT Support Specialist ($1000, ID16610)
- Troubleshoot and resolve software, application, and hardware issues.
- Install and configure operating systems and applications.
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
- Provide in-person and remote support for system setup and issue resolution.
- Document procedures and create support reports.
- Follow setup diagrams and instructions for repairs.
- Track tasks through completion or escalate if necessary.
- Conduct safety checks on computer equipment.
- Manage multiple open cases and prioritize effectively.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager.
Requirement
- Male / Female, under 50 years old
- Bachelor's degree with major related IT
- 2-5 years of working experience at similar positions
- Familiar with MES/ERP systems, and textile systems
- Strong command of English.
