IT Staff (Manufacturing)

Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including network systems, hardware, servers, CCTV, email, and internal software.

Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair IT equipment such as PCs, printers, attendance systems, CCTV cameras, and other devices.

Monitor system performance and ensure stable and continuous IT operations.

Develop backup and contingency plans for IT systems and equipment.

Manage and support production-related systems such as SAP, MES, WMS, and ERP.

Coordinate with external IT service providers and vendors to ensure timely maintenance and problem resolution.

Provide technical support to internal users and troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.

Perform other IT-related tasks as assigned.

Manage and update content on the company's internal communication channels.

Support the HR & Administration team in creating posters, banners, announcements, and visual materials for internal activities.

Take photos and videos and edit visual/video content for company events and internal activities.

Support the preparation and posting of internal communication materials.

Coordinate with the HR team to produce communication materials related to recruitment, training, company events, corporate culture, employee benefits, and other internal activities.

Support the organization and communication of internal programs such as Team Building, workshops, sports activities, celebrations, Mid-Autumn Festival, Tet, and employee engagement activities.
