Job Description

IT Manager (InfrastructureID19531) wanted for a Foreign-invested company! $1200$/ month salary + opportunities to grow!
  • Manage the full IT infrastructure (servers, networks, storage, cloud, end-user devices) to ensure performance, stability, and scalability.
  • Oversee cybersecurity, backups, and disaster recovery, ensuring compliance with GDPR and Vietnam PDP Law.
  • Serve as the escalation point for infrastructure incidents and resolve high-level issues.
  • Implement global IT standards and projects in coordination with corporate IT teams.
  • Manage local vendors and service providers (telecom, hardware, IT services).
  • Plan and execute infrastructure projects (upgrades, migrations, security enhancements).
  • Collaborate with the IT ERP Manager to ensure the infrastructure supports ERP performance, security, and integration.
  • Oversee IT operations and budgeting (CAPEX/OPEX), helpdesk performance, SLA compliance, and reporting to senior management.

Requirement

  • Male, under 45 years old
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Computer Networking
  • 3 years in IT Infrastructure at an FDI company, handled IT help desk support for around 130 users
  • Good at English 
  • Solid knowledge of core IT infrastructure topics: Active Directory, Azure AD, DHCP, DNS, and networking
  • Experience with software deployment and endpoint management tools (e.g., Microsoft SCCM or equivalent)
  • Knowledge of Veritas NetBackup
  • Basic understanding of storage systems and virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware vSphere or equivalent)
