Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for an IT Manager (Application, $1600, ID16729):
- Analyzing business operations and the business's computer systems and determining to identify software programs that could improve productivity.
- Advise recommendations on whether to upgrade the existing systems or install new ones.
- Leading teams of IT specialists in the implementation and upgrading of network hardware and software.
- Monitoring the roll-out of new software applications to ensure there are no problems.
- Troubleshooting and resolving any problems with business application software.
- Creating and overseeing protocols and procedures for the use of any new software applications.
- Training employees on the use of any new software applications and maintaining a good work atmosphere.
- Managing local area networks, installing and maintaining routers, generating email addresses, and creating passwords and backups.
- Creating, executing, and maintaining company databases.
- Project management and implementation of upgrades or software solutions across the organization.
- Vendor and 3rd party service or performance management/monitoring.
- Software security and configuration management.
- Requirements gathering and consolidation of user requests for changes to software functionality or reporting requirements.
- Maintaining up-to-knowledge of the latest software developments.
Requirement
- Male, Under 45 years old
- Bachelor's degree or higher in programming, computer engineering, computer science, or related field required
- 5 years of experience in a similar position in a manufacturing company
- Good at English
