Job Description
Dream Job Alert! 1.800$++ salary awaits! We're hiring an IT Manager, ID 19956 for a foreign investment company:
- Take full ownership of CW1 and other core logistics applications (WMS, FAST, ECUSS, M365).
- Ensure the reliability of accounting modules and internal web platforms.
- Manage complex EDI/API integrations with international carriers and local customs (VNACCS/VCIS) to guarantee seamless cargo clearance.
- Bridge technical gaps to ensure real-time data flow across the supply chain.
- Maintain a robust network across all offices and warehouses, including WMS scanning hardware, RFID systems, and handheld devices.
- Enforce rigorous security protocols, including firewalls, VPNs, and advanced antivirus controls to protect company data.
- Drive the adoption of cutting-edge technologies such as AI-driven OCR for document automation and IoT for fleet telematics.
- Stay ahead of the curve by suggesting technical improvements to enhance operational speed.
- Support the Marketing team by deploying and maintaining digital tools (CRM, Zalo OA, Email Marketing, Analytics).
- Oversee technical SEO, conversion tracking (Google Tag Manager/Pixels), and platform security to ensure data accuracy for marketing campaigns.
Requirement
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in IT, with at least 2 years in a leadership role specifically within Logistics, 3PL, or Freight Forwarding environments.
- Software: Proven expertise with CargoWise One, SAP, or similar FMS/ERP platforms is a significant advantage.
