Job Description

$1800/month salary awaits! We're hiring an IT Manager  (ID 17863) for a Vietnamese company:
  • Develop and implement short-term and long-term IT strategies aligned with business and operational goals.

  • Oversee software development and IT application projects that support business and management operations.

  • Monitor development progress and post-deployment performance to ensure compliance with technical and business requirements.

  • Standardize IT procedures and regulations; manage hardware, system security, and risk prevention.

  • Administer servers, network systems, websites, and office IT equipment to ensure smooth and continuous operation.

  • Establish and manage resource allocation policies for domains, emails, storage systems, and software licenses.

  • Manage central databases, IT workflows, and department-wide activities.

  • Plan for IT staffing needs, participate in recruitment, and train team members.

  • Report, coordinate, and monitor activities based on assigned KPIs and responsibilities.

Requirement

  • Male, 30 - 45 years old
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Software Management, or relevant fields
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience, including at least 2 years in a similar managerial position
  • In-depth experience in developing and deploying IT/software solutions for business and service applications.
  • Good at English
  • PMP, ITIL, or related technology certifications. (Preferred)
