Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested manufacturing company, now looking for an IT Lead (Digital Transformation, ID21219, 1300USD):

1. Digital Transformation Planning & Strategy
- Lead the development of digital transformation strategies and annual roadmaps.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to identify business needs and propose suitable digital solutions.
- Define, track, and report KPIs for key digital initiatives.
- Oversee the deployment and stable operation of enterprise digital tools.
- Promote the adoption of AI solutions while ensuring data security and governance.
- Evaluate and introduce new technologies aligned with business goals.
- Manage and optimize customer data platforms (CDP/CRM).
- Lead company-wide data governance and analytics initiatives.
- Ensure proper handling and protection of sensitive and personal data.
- Drive standardization and effective use of BI and data analytics tools.
- Develop and implement digital awareness and training programs.
- Support business users in adopting digital tools and AI technologies.
- Promote a digital-first mindset across the organization.
Requirement
- Male, Female, Under 40 years old
- Bachelor’s degree (any major; preference for Business, IT, Data, or related fields).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital transformation, digital initiatives, or data-driven projects.
- At least 2 years of experience leading teams or cross-functional projects.
- Good understanding of digital tools, data analytics, and AI applications.
- Intermediate English proficiency (for meetings, emails, and collaboration with foreigners).
- Experience in manufacturing environments is a plus.
