Job Description
- Thiết lập, cài đặt và cấu hình thiết bị IT cho nhân viên: PC, laptop, máy in, VoIP, thiết bị trình chiếu…
- Quản lý, theo dõi và bảo trì toàn bộ tài sản IT của công ty
- Vận hành và xử lý sự cố hệ thống mạng nội bộ (LAN/WiFi), router, switch, kết nối internet
- Theo dõi và hỗ trợ vận hành server nội bộ (nếu có), thực hiện backup và bảo trì cơ bản
- Tiếp nhận và xử lý yêu cầu hỗ trợ kỹ thuật từ nhân viên (trực tiếp/email/ticket)
- Cài đặt, cấu hình và khắc phục lỗi hệ điều hành (Windows/macOS), Microsoft 365/Google Workspace và các phần mềm doanh nghiệp
- Quản lý tài khoản người dùng: tạo mới, phân quyền, khóa/mở tài khoản email và hệ thống nội bộ
- Đảm bảo các thiết bị tuân thủ quy định bảo mật, cài đặt antivirus
- Ghi nhận, theo dõi sự cố và đề xuất nâng cấp khi cần thiết
Requirement
- Giới tính: Nam/Nữ, Độ tuổi: 30-40 tuổi
- Tốt nghiệp từ Cao đẳng trở lên chuyên ngành Công nghệ thông tin, Quản trị mạng, hoặc Điện tử viễn thông.
- Có từ 1-2 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí liên quan (IT helpdesk/support/service)
- Có khả năng làm việc độc lập
