Job Description

- System Ownership & Improvement: Lead the establishment, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and allocate tasks to ISO/QMS team members. Drive team performance to meet departmental KPIs.
- Documentation Control: Oversee the creation, review, updates, and standardization of all quality manuals, procedures, work instructions, and forms across all departments.
- Plan, schedule, and lead periodic internal quality audits. Follow up on corrective actions to ensure full closure.
- Act as the primary point of contact and host external audits from certification bodies, regulatory authorities, and international customers entirely in English.
- CAPA & Risk Management: Analyze non-conformances (NCR), lead root-cause analysis sessions, and deploy effective Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA). Monitor system trends to mitigate potential risks.
- Training & Culture Awareness: Develop and deliver training programs to enhance ISO awareness, compliance, and quality mindset for all employees across the organization.
- Management Review & Reporting: Compile quality data, evaluate system effectiveness, and prepare comprehensive reports for periodic Management Review meetings with Board of Directors.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, and other departments to streamline processes and optimize operational efficiency.
Requirement
- Male/Female, 26 years old or above.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechatronics, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical fields.
- Minimum 3 – 5 years of hands-on experience in managing ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 systems within manufacturing environments (Electronics components/assembly or Medical Devices preferred).
- Able to handle audits in English.
