Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Inventory Planning Manager (Furniture, Negotiable, ID16967):
- Forecast and analyze material demand for Lumber, Hardware, and subcontractors, optimizing purchasing strategies and improving the material planning process.
- Use MRP systems to enhance material planning efficiency across procurement, warehouse, and production, while resolving material shortages and managing long lead-time orders.
- Establish safety stock levels, order scheduling, and collaborate with procurement to ensure accurate purchase requests.
- Work with internal and external teams to develop business processes and ERP systems, ensuring NPI material readiness.
- Lead and manage the Material Planning team, focusing on performance management, coaching, and career development.
Requirement
- Male/Female
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or a related field.
- Over 5 years of experience in furniture production and planning.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
- Proficient in Excel and experienced in using it for planning and analysis.
- Strong coaching, moderation, communication, project management, planning, and problem-solving skills.
