Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested manufacturing company, now looking for an Inventory Control Specialist ($1000, ID 19798):
- Manage and control inventory reporting from Materials to Finance.
- Prepare forecast, budget, and month-end inventory reports in line with the financial calendar.
- Monitor and analyze inventory data, material costs, and business performance.
- Review and optimize supply chain parameters to reduce inventory levels and prevent obsolescence.
- Develop and improve tools/processes to enhance inventory control and supply chain efficiency.
- Implement corrective actions for inventory and cost variances.
- Support forecast accuracy, budgeting, and cash flow improvement in coordination with Finance.
Requirement
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in inventory accounting, inventory management, or stock control within manufacturing companies.
- Mandatory experience in forecasting and budgeting.
- Proven experience working closely with Finance teams on financial reporting and month-end closing related to inventory.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting tools to optimize supply chain performance.
- Experience with SAP and/or MES systems is preferred.
- Fluent in English
