Job Description
Our client is a Vietnamese company, now looking for a International Sales Support Specialist (Construction, $1100, ID18279):
- Assist the international sales team in preparing price offers, tender submissions, handling purchase orders, and coordinating logistics operations.
- Prepare, review, and oversee contracts, technical documentation, bidding files, and other relevant materials.
- Work closely with technical, design, and production teams to track project updates, follow up on delivery timelines, and ensure prompt responses to client requests.
- Manage and maintain records of customers and projects, while compiling regular business updates and reports.
- Support the arrangement of virtual meetings, provide interpretation when needed, and prepare documentation for discussions with global partners.
- Prepare regular sales performance reports and perform additional duties as directed by management.
- Detect potential challenges, share feedback proactively, and suggest improvements to strengthen the effectiveness of international sales support activities.
Requirement
- Male, aged 25–40.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil & Industrial Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or Construction Economics.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in international sales support within the infrastructure construction sector or in project coordination related to steel structure construction.
- Solid knowledge and hands-on experience in managing and coordinating logistics activities with freight forwarders
- Fluent in speaking English
