Job Description
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth across Southeast Asia.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with key customers, distributors, and business partners.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, markets, and customer accounts.
- Lead commercial negotiations, contracts, and pricing discussions with customers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demand to support business decisions.
- Achieve sales, profit margin, and market expansion targets.
- Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to improve performance and capabilities.
- Collaborate with Production, Planning, Logistics, Quality, and Finance teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor customer profitability, credit compliance, and account performance.
- Travel frequently across Southeast Asia for customer visits, market development, and industry events.
Requirement
- Male, <45 years old
- Bachelor's degree in International Business, Economics, or related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in international B2B sales management, preferably in food ingredients, spices, or food additives.
- Good at English
