Job Description
Our client, a foreign-invested manufacturing company, is currently recruiting an Internal Audit Manager/Supervisor (Agriculture, $3000, ID18157).
- Conduct audits as assigned by the Group.
- Participate in internal audits at branches in Vietnam.
- Identify potential risks in business and management operations and provide improvement recommendations.
- Review weaknesses in the management system to minimize losses.
- Monitor and ensure transparency in business activities.
- Manage information security systems and ensure compliance with ISO standards.
- Manage and train the internal audit team (3–4 staff).
Requirement
- Male/Female, 28 years old and above.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
- At least 3 years of Internal Audit experience in a Supervisor/Leader/Manager role within the animal feed and livestock industry at a similar-sized company.
- Strong understanding of the animal feed and livestock industry, including production operations, with the ability to identify and manage risks.
- Experience in managing ISO systems and related certifications, information security systems and ensuring business transparency.
- Strong analytical, evaluation, and problem-solving skills.
- Honest, detail-oriented, and responsible.
