Job Description

Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for an Internal Audit Manager  (Hospitality, 1800 USD, ID16661)
  • nsure compliance with gaming laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Oversee general accounting and auditing for gaming & non-gaming revenues, including daily performance reporting and reconciliations.
  • Review and approve journal entries, ensuring accurate and timely general ledger reconciliation.
  • Prepare, analyze, and improve daily reports and audit efficiency.
  • Supervise, hire, train, and evaluate accounting/audit staff.
  • Manage the month-end and annual closing process, generating financial reports in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with management, internal compliance, auditors, and regulatory agencies.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance accuracy and reduce costs.
  • Ensure accurate tax filings with regulatory bodies.
  • Coordinate with IT and external auditors to resolve system issues and ensure accurate reporting.
  • Participate in monthly financial reviews with department heads and resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain and improve internal controls across departments, including compliance with MICS and ICS.
  • Lead staff training and development to improve team effectiveness and ensure compliance.
  • Communicate with external agencies and represent the organization in relevant meetings

Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Auditing, or a related field.
  •  Minimum 4 years of supervisory experience, preferably in the gaming or resort industry.
  • CPA or equivalent qualification required; Big Four experience preferred.
  • Fluent in Vietnamese and English (written and verbal).
