Job Description
Our client is a foreign invested company, now looking for an Import-Export & Purchasing Staff, $550, ID21160)
- Handle import/export documents and customs procedures, including contracts, shipping documents, customs declarations, C/O, and settlement reports.
- Coordinate with forwarders and related departments to ensure smooth delivery and receiving schedules.
- Manage purchase orders and source suppliers for raw materials.
- Use Ecuss customs software for customs declarations and related procedures.
Requirement
- 3 years of experience in import-export or purchasing positions, preferably in manufacturing/export-processing companies.
- Good written English skills (no speaking required).
- Proficient in Ecuss customs software and MS Office.
- Experience in the garment industry is an advantage.
