Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, looking for Import Export Manager (Food, Negotiable, ID17114):
- Develop and implement the overall shipping strategy.
- Organize and prioritize transportation activities throughout the entire import and export process.
- Ensure smooth execution of shipments with accurate import-export documentation.
- Follow up on Import/Export shipments, manage and resolve issues with stakeholders.
- Negotiate pricing with the best options to the destination.
- Implement and track tax declaration procedures for import and export shipments.
- Maintain the ITAS system, ensuring it is up to date and accurate, particularly for stock allocation, invoicing, and shipment details.
- Ensure timely and accurate communication between Commercial, Planning, Quality, Production, and Finance teams.
- Prepare reports for management and finance.
Requirement
- Male/Female,
- Degree in Business or related field,
- Having 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Fluent in English.
- Hands-on experience with shipping and distribution software.
