Job Description
-
Department Operations: Oversee daily operations of the Import & Export Department, ensuring efficient task execution and supporting the General Director in managing overall functions.

Procedure Development: Develop and implement international purchasing, forwarding, and import-export procedures, ensuring smooth operations and regulatory compliance.

Team Management: Manage work plans, job assignments, staff training, and performance evaluations to ensure departmental productivity.

Supplier Relations: Build and maintain relationships with new and existing suppliers to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms.

Documentation & Compliance: Manage all import-export documents (contracts, transportation, customs, payments) and ensure compliance with trade regulations.

Goods Clearance & Reconciliation: Monitor and reconcile import-export files and actual quantities at the border for accurate clearance.

Order & Contract Management: Track orders and contracts, coordinating with internal teams for timely deliveries and receipts.

Market Expansion: Identify and develop new customer relationships and market opportunities to drive business growth.
Requirement
- Male/Female
- Bachelor degree in Foreign Trade
- At least 5 years of working experience as Import & Export Manager, have in-depth knowledge of foreign trade, procedures of export and import.
- Good at English
