Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for an Import Export Deputy Manager (EPE, $1200, ID-16895)
- Receive and check imported goods documents and records.
- Monitor the progress of customs declarations and deliveries.
- Prepare monthly liquidation reports: check monthly import-export declaration data, compare the differences in inventory data at the beginning and end of the accounting period, and reconcile this with import-export data to create monthly reports.
- Prepare year-end settlement reports: summarize the differences in quantity between the accounting period's inventory and the year-end import-export data. Enter the data to create settlement reports for finished products and raw materials, and establish norms. Declare reports and submit the required documents to customs.
- Coordinate with accounting and the warehouse to respond to requests from customs.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by a superior.
Requirement
- Male/Female, 37-45 years old
- College degree or higher
- At least 5 years of working as the same position at EPE companies
- Strong experience in preparing liquidation reports
- Can use English or Korean for working
