Job Description
-
Lead and develop the IE team and line mechanics; manage performance and foster continuous improvement.
-
Set and maintain accurate SMV/SAM for all operations; conduct time & motion studies and improve methods.
-
Design and optimize production line layouts; implement lean manufacturing and balance manpower/machines.

Monitor KPIs (Efficiency, Productivity, Capacity); resolve bottlenecks and drive performance improvements.

Support costing and capacity planning; lead cost-reduction initiatives across labor, materials, and overhead.

Collaborate on new product development; pilot new styles and recommend automation and technology upgrades.

Conduct training for supervisors and operators on methods, efficiency, and quality standards.
Requirement
-
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Textile Engineering.
-
5–8 years of IE experience in garment manufacturing; 3–5 years in a managerial role.
-
Strong knowledge of garment processes, SMV/SAM systems (AEC/GSD), line balancing, and lean practices.
-
Proficient in MS Excel, ERP systems; IE software experience is a plus.
-
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
-
Fluent in English or Chinese.
