Job Description
Our client is an FDI manufacturing company, currently looking for an Human Resources Manager (Manufacturing, ID19622, 1500USD):
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s overall business objectives.
- Ensure full compliance with Vietnamese labor law, tax regulations, and other relevant legal requirements.
- Act as the primary liaison with local authorities (Department of Labor, Social Insurance, Trade Union, etc.).
- Advise the General Manager and regional management on local HR policies, labor risks, and people strategy.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for all levels, from workers to management positions.
- Design, administer, and continuously optimize a competitive compensation and benefits system.
- Conduct regular salary benchmarking to ensure market competitiveness.
- Oversee monthly payroll processing, overtime policy implementation, and bonus calculations.
- Manage social insurance, health insurance, PIT, and other statutory benefits.
- Coordinate with external payroll or HR service providers if applicable.
- Develop and implement a performance management system (KPIs, appraisals, feedback).
- Work closely with department heads to set performance goals and evaluate results.
- Identify training needs and organize internal/external training programs.
- Support employee career development, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.
- Employee Relations & Corporate Culture: Handle employee inquiries, complaints, disciplinary actions, and labor disputes. Build and promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performance corporate culture. Organize employee engagement activities to improve morale and retention.
- Establish, maintain, and improve HR policies, procedures, and internal regulations.
- Manage employee records and HR data (manual or HR system once implemented).
- Oversee general affairs matters related to administration, compliance, and factory operations.
- Support internal audits, customer audits, and compliance assessments (BSCI, ISO, etc.).
Requirement
- Male/Female: Under 45 years old
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years as HR Manager handling the full HR spectrum independently.
- Strong experience in manufacturing / factory setup, especially in new or growing operations.
- Experience working in joint ventures or multicultural MNC environments is highly preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of Vietnamese Labor Law and HR compliance.
- Fluent English and Chinese (Mandarin)
