Job Description
Our client is a foreign invested company, now looking for an Human Resources Manager (Manufacturing, $1.500, ID 20102):
- Define and implement departmental objectives aligned with the company’s business roadmap.
- Monitor performance metrics and provide periodic or ad-hoc reports to the General Director regarding HR efficiency.
- Enforce and align local operations with global Group policies.
- Standardize the recruitment process to ensure the right talent is placed in the right role at the optimal time.
- Collaborate with Department Heads to design and execute training programs aimed at enhancing professional competencies and workforce awareness.
- Administer payroll, bonuses, and statutory insurance (Social, Health, Unemployment) with absolute accuracy and timeliness.
- Ensure all labor contracts, internal regulations, and collective bargaining agreements strictly adhere to the Vietnamese Labor Code.
- Manage expatriate legalities, including work permits, visas, and temporary residence registrations.
- Establish and oversee the performance appraisal system to evaluate human resource quality.
- Maintain comprehensive personnel records and manage procedures for appointments, promotions, disciplinary actions, and offboarding.
- Act as a mediator to resolve labor-related disputes and maintain stable industrial relations.
Requirement
- Gender: Male/Female. Age Range: 40 – 50 years old.
- Education: University Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
- At least 5–7 years in a dedicated HR Manager role managing a workforce of 150-200+.
- Extensive experience working for FDI manufacturing companies.
- Language: Fluency in English
