Job Description
Our client, a foreign-invested manufacturing company, is currently recruiting an Human Sources Manager (Manufacturing, ID19542, 1500USD):
A. Talent Acquisition

- Ensure adequate quantity and quality of manpower aligned with business needs.
- Coordinate with departments on headcount plans and competency requirements.
- Develop and maintain the R&R system by position.
- Build effective recruitment strategies and optimize the recruitment process.
- Strengthen employer branding and talent attraction channels.
- Improve employee performance through training and development programs.
- Build and manage annual training plans and competency frameworks.
- Oversee internal reading programs and learning culture.
- Manage performance reviews, contract renewals, promotions, and appointments.
- Ensure transparent and effective implementation of salary, bonus, and welfare policies.
- Manage C&B for employees and BOD in compliance with company policies and Vietnamese law.
- Oversee performance evaluation and salary/grade adjustments.
- Analyze HR data and advise BOD on policy development.
- Standardize corporate culture content.
- Organize annual culture-building and employee engagement programs.
- Oversee 5S and safety activities across factories, offices, and farms.
- Manage ESI metrics and internal communication channels.
- Oversee all HR and administrative operations at factories
- Manage assets, access control, and common benefits (meals, drinks, stationery, transportation, etc.).
- Handle administrative services for BOD (visa, work permit, housing).
- Coordinate improvement initiatives in offices, factories
Requirement
- Female, under 38 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Economics, Business Administration, Management, or Law.
- Experience: 5–10 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing; experience in animal feed production and farming is a strong advantage.
- Strong HR knowledge in recruitment, training, C&B, culture & safety, HR operations.
- Fluent in English
