Job Description

Our client, a foreign-invested manufacturing company, is currently recruiting an Human Sources Manager (Manufacturing, ID19542, 1500USD):
A. Talent Acquisition
  • Ensure adequate quantity and quality of manpower aligned with business needs.
  • Coordinate with departments on headcount plans and competency requirements.
  • Develop and maintain the R&R system by position.
  • Build effective recruitment strategies and optimize the recruitment process.
  • Strengthen employer branding and talent attraction channels.
B. Talent Development
  • Improve employee performance through training and development programs.
  • Build and manage annual training plans and competency frameworks.
  • Oversee internal reading programs and learning culture.
  • Manage performance reviews, contract renewals, promotions, and appointments.
C. Total Rewards & Performance
  • Ensure transparent and effective implementation of salary, bonus, and welfare policies.
  • Manage C&B for employees and BOD in compliance with company policies and Vietnamese law.
  • Oversee performance evaluation and salary/grade adjustments.
  • Analyze HR data and advise BOD on policy development.
D. Culture & Internal Communication
  • Standardize corporate culture content.
  • Organize annual culture-building and employee engagement programs.
  • Oversee 5S and safety activities across factories, offices, and farms.
  • Manage ESI metrics and internal communication channels.
E. HR Operations
  • Oversee all HR and administrative operations at factories
  • Manage assets, access control, and common benefits (meals, drinks, stationery, transportation, etc.).
  • Handle administrative services for BOD (visa, work permit, housing).
  • Coordinate improvement initiatives in offices, factories

Requirement

  • Female, under 38 years old
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Economics, Business Administration, Management, or Law.
  • Experience: 5–10 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing; experience in animal feed production and farming is a strong advantage.
  • Strong HR knowledge in recruitment, training, C&B, culture & safety, HR operations.
  • Fluent in English
