Job Description
We are looking for a Human Resources Executive (Education) to support the HR Manager in managing HR operations:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment of foreign teachers.
- Guide and assist foreign employees in preparing required documentation for obtaining and renewing work permits, visa extensions, and related procedures.
- Coordinate with relevant authorities and service providers regarding immigration and labor processes.
- Support other HR tasks as assigned by the HR Manager.

Requirement
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
- At least 1 year of experience in Human Resources, preferably with a focus on foreign employee recruitment or visa/work permit handling.
- Solid understanding of Vietnam Labor Law, Social Insurance Law, Personal Income Tax Law, and Immigration Law, especially regarding employment of foreign nationals.
- Fluent in English (equivalent to IELTS 7.0 or TOEIC 850+).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
