Job Description

Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for an Human Resource Manager (Garment, ID19424, 1500USD):
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for all levels — from factory workers to key technical and management positions 
  • Develop and implement effective HR strategies to reduce turnover, particularly among blue-collar employees, and enhance employee engagement and retention.
  • Ensure consistent implementation of company HR policies and procedures across all departments.
  • Oversee performance appraisal and salary review processes to ensure fairness and competitiveness.
  • Monitor and analyze compensation and benefits trends; propose improvements to attract and retain talent.
  • Supervise HR system operations (currently using Cadena software) and ensure data accuracy.
  • Advise and support management and department heads on HR-related matters.
  • Maintain up-to-date organizational charts and employee records.
  • Ensure full compliance with Vietnamese labor laws and company standards.
  • Coordinate with the Compliance Manager to support audits and ensure smooth factory operations.

Requirement

  • Male/Female, under 45 years old
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as HR Manager in a garment factory with at least 500 employees.
  • Proficient in English (able to communicate effectively with foreign managers).
  • Skilled in HR software management and MS Office applications.
  • Strong understanding of Vietnamese labor laws and HR compliance requirements
