Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Human Resource Manager (Garment, ID16432, 2000 USD):
- In charge of hiring by the business plan of the organization and staff retention.
- Build and implement the training plan & training program for all positions the growth of the company
- Take charge of managing the labor relationship
- Oversee and guarantee that all HR operations adhere to labor laws and social
- Advise the management on the policies of: salary, welfare and reward for employees.
- Responsible for solving labor disputes
Requirement
- Gender: Female; Age: under 45 years old
- Graduated from university above
- Having 5 years as HR Manager at manufacturing garment/footwear companies scale of 500 employees above
- Fluent in English
