Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for an Human Resource & Admin Executive (ID19935, 600USD):
Human Resources (HR)
- Support recruitment: job posting, CV screening, interview coordination, onboarding
- Maintain employee records and HR database
- Manage attendance, leave tracking, and monthly payroll processing
- Handle social insurance and labor compliance procedures
- Process work permits, visas, and residence cards for foreign employees
- Liaise with government authorities on labor-related matters
Administration (Admin)
- Manage procurement of office supplies, equipment, and services with cost control
- Coordinate and manage vendors and service contracts
- Oversee internal documentation and administrative processes
- Support meetings (documentation, coordination, minutes)
- Provide translation and interpretation when required
- Perform other tasks assigned by management
Requirement
- Female, Age: Born in the 1990s or fresh graduates are welcome
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Human Resources, Foreign Languages, or related fields
- At least 3 years of experience in both HR & Admin roles within FDI companies
- Open to fresh graduates majoring in Human Resources with strong English proficiency; training will be provided.
- Solid knowledge of labor law, employee relations, and payroll processing
- Experience handling work permits for foreign employees
- Good understanding of office procurement, vendor coordination, and cost control
- Familiar with internal documentation processes, facility management, and service contracts
- Fluent English communication skills (both written and spoken)
