Job Description
Our client is a foreign invested company, now looking for a HSE Officer (Manufacturing, $1000, ID20085)
- Ensure compliance with Vietnamese EHS regulations (environment, health, safety)
- Develop, implement, and maintain EHS policies and procedures
- Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, and corrective actions
- Prepare and submit EHS reports; maintain legal documentation
- Manage environmental activities (waste, emissions, permits)
- Supervise contractors and ensure onsite EHS compliance
- Organize safety training and promote safety awareness
- Investigate incidents and implement preventive actions
- Coordinate equipment safety checks and fire protection systems
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental, Safety, or related fields
- At least 3 years of EHS experience in manufacturing/factory
- Strong knowledge of Vietnamese EHS regulations
- Experience with audits, risk assessment, and compliance
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic English communication (for reports and meetings)
