Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là công ty có vốn đầu tư Malaysia, hiện đang tuyển vị trí HSE Officer (850 USD, ID 19891):
- Tuân thủ hệ thống: Triển khai và duy trì hệ thống An toàn & Phòng cháy chữa cháy (PCCC) theo quy định pháp luật địa phương và các tiêu chuẩn quốc tế (ISO 14001, ISO 45001, NFPA, OSHA).
- Quản lý rủi ro: Thực hiện nhận diện mối nguy, đánh giá rủi ro và kiểm tra an toàn định kỳ.
- Ứng phó khẩn cấp: Xây dựng và giám sát các kế hoạch phòng cháy, quy trình ứng phó khẩn cấp và diễn tập sơ tán.
- Điều tra sự cố: Điều tra tai nạn và các sự cố suýt xảy ra để xác định nguyên nhân gốc rễ và đưa ra biện pháp khắc phục.
- Đào tạo: Tổ chức đào tạo về an toàn và PCCC cho toàn bộ nhân viên và nhà thầu.
- Phối hợp bên ngoài: Làm việc với lực lượng PCCC, cơ quan chức năng và các đơn vị kiểm toán bên ngoài về các vấn đề tuân thủ.
- Báo cáo: Theo dõi các chỉ số an toàn (KPI) và lập báo cáo HSE cho ban quản lý.
Requirement
- Nam, dưới 40 tuổi.
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành An toàn lao động, PCCC, Kỹ thuật hoặc các lĩnh vực liên quan.
- Có từ 2–5 năm kinh nghiệm HSE, chuyên sâu về PCCC & An toàn trong ngành sản xuất giấy hoặc FMCG (quy mô từ 500+ nhân sự).
- Ưu tiên có chứng chỉ PCCC hợp lệ; có chứng chỉ Đánh giá nội bộ ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 là một lợi thế.
