Job Description
Our client is a foreign invested company, now looking for an HSE Assistant Manager (Food, $1200, ID9117):
- Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and programs.
- Lead workplace safety initiatives and continuously improve safety performance.
- Conduct risk assessments, hazard identification, and job safety analyses.
- Ensure compliance with local HSE regulations, company policies, and international standards.
- Organize safety inspections, audits, and corrective action follow-ups.
- Investigate workplace incidents, accidents, and near-misses, and implement preventive measures.
- Monitor contractor safety management and ensure compliance with site safety requirements.
- Coordinate emergency response plans, fire prevention programs, and evacuation drills.
- Manage environmental compliance activities, including waste management, pollution prevention, and sustainability initiatives.
Requirement
- Minimum 5 years of HSE experience in manufacturing environments.
- Strong background in food processing, agriculture, agricultural products, FMCG, or consumer goods manufacturing industries.
- Proven experience in occupational safety management, which should represent the majority of previous responsibilities.
- Experience in conducting safety audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
