Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested manufacturing company, now looking for a HRBP Senior Manager ( 3200 USD, ID15981)
- Organizational Design, HR Process, and Business Plans encompassing mission and vision cascaded into department objectives for long-term corporate success
- Consult leaders team on personnel management, and organization structure development and provide HR guidance
- Analyze and concisely present information to the management team to enable good business decisions
- Partner with the business to manage all employee relations to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention
- Analyze workforce data and trends to create strategies that improve organizational performance
- Support business leaders in improving their KPIs with HR activities & programs.
- Lead talent acquisition efforts to align with business needs and attract top talent
- Identify leadership development needs and implement programs to enhance leadership and organizational capabilities.
- Mentor and coach managers to improve their leadership skills and effectiveness, and advise employees and management, addressing employee relations issues and providing guidance on HR matters.

Requirement

- Graduated from University above
- 5 to 7 years of experience as similar position in global companies
- Fluent in both verbal and written English..
